Praj Industries Sets Record Date For Dividend, To Hold AGM on July 25: The company on Tuesday fixed July 18 as the record date for dividend. As per the BSE filing issued on July 2, "Notice is hereby given that the Thirty Eighth (38 th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Praj Industries Limited will be held on Thursday, the 25 th July, 2024 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Visual Means (VC/OAVM) at 10:00 a.m. (IST)."
The Final Dividend, if approved by the Members at the 38th AGM scheduled to be held on Thursday, 25th July, 2024, will be paid to the Members by 23rd August, 2024, added the BSE filing.

Praj Industries Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Praj Industries issued as on May 30, "This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 30th May, 2024, inter-alia proposed a final dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share @300% of the face value of Rs 2 each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 25th July, 2024."
