DCM Shriram To Consider Interim Dividend: As per the regulatory filing of the company dated Feb 21, "meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 27, 2024 to consider, inter-alia a proposal of declaration of Interim Dividend on Equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2023- 24. Further, Record Date for such Interim Dividend, if declared, would be March 6, 2024, and the Interim Dividend, if declared, will be paid to such Members, whose names appear on the Register of Members and list of beneficial owners, as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the said record date."
