ICICI Prudential Dividend Leaders 50 Index Fund | 5 Key Features Explained
-Dividend-focused stock selection: The fund strategy prioritises companies with a consistent and strong dividend payout track record, ensuring inclusion of fundamentally sound dividend-paying stocks in the index portfolio.
-Disciplined allocation approach: Investments will be diversified across multiple sectors, following a transparent, rule-based methodology with periodic review and rebalancing to maintain portfolio discipline and alignment with the index strategy.
-BSE 500 Dividend Leaders 50 Index: The fund will follow BSE 500 Dividend Leaders 50 Index fund which tracks the performance of 50 companies selected from the broader BSE 500 universe that have consistently paid dividends in the last ten decades.
-Past Returns: Th index has delivered an estimated 33.63% returns over three years, 30.96% returns in over five years, and 20.4% in over ten years.
-Possible Tracking Error: Although the ULIP fund aims to replicate the performance of the underlying index, it may not invest in all constituent stocks in the exact proportion of their index weights at all times. As a result, the fund's returns could deviate slightly from the index performance, leading to a potential tracking error.
