Macrotech Developers Announces Bonus Share, Final Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company, "In continuation of our letter dated April 16, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has inter alia approved the following:
1. Issuance of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1 new fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each for every existing 1 equity share of Rs 10 each held by the members of the Company as on the record date, subject to shareholders' approval through postal ballot;
2. Recommended a final dividend of 2 i.e. 20% per equity share of 10/- each of the Company on pre bonus paid up equity share capital (to be adjusted proportionately for bonus issue). Dividend will be paid to the shareholders holding equity shares on the record date to be determined by the Company after approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting."
