The Board has fixed Friday, 28th February 2025 as the record date for the purpose of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each will be subdivided/ split into 10 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Oasis Securities Q3 Financials

Oasis Securities' net profit plummeted 72.13% to Rs 0.17 crore in the December 2024 quarter from Rs 0.61 crore in the December 2023 quarter. Compared to the previous quarter, which concluded in December 2023, when sales were Rs 1.00 crore, they fell 59.00% to Rs 0.41 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2024. EBITDA decreased 73.02% from Rs. 0.63 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs. 0.17 crore in Q3FY25.

"Oasis Securities stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 277.5. A Daily close above resistance of 306 could lead to a target of 360 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
