10 leading companies recently announced whopping dividend up to 4500%. Some of them fixed record date and ex-dividend date for the dividend. These companies are Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Tata Steel, RBL Bank, IDBI Bank, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finance, Maharashtra Scooters, Supreme Petrochem Ltd, Voltas, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. 1. Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd: Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 26, 2023 has declared an interim dividend of Rs 225 per equity share of face value of ₹ 5/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23. The company fixed May 9, 2023 as the record date.
2. Tata Steel: The board of directors of Tata Steel on May 2, 2023 recommended a dividend of Rs 3.60 per Ordinary (Equity) Share of ₹1/- each (360%) to the shareholders of the Company for the FY2022-23. The record date for the said dividend is yet to be fixed.
3. RBL Bank: The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity share having a face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up, translating to a 15% dividend. The company has not fixed record date for dividend.
4. IDBI Bank: Board of Directors of IDBI Bank on April 29, 2023 recommended a dividend of Re 1 per share of the face value of Rs 10 each for FY23, subject to the approval of the bank's members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
5. Bajaj Auto: The board of directors of company declared 1400% final dividend on April 25, 2023. The company fixed June 30, 2023 as the record date. According to the BSE filing, "In line with the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy, the Board of Directors has approved/recommended a dividend at the rate Rs 140 per share (1400%) of face value of Rs. 1 0 each on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2023."
6. Maharashtra Scooters: The company declared final dividend of 600% on April 24, 2023. It set June 30, 2023 as the record date. Kindly further note that final dividend of Rs 60 per share (600%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares of the Company has been recommended by the Board of Directors today for the financial year ended 31 March, 2023.
7. Bajaj Finance: The company on April 26, 2023 recommended a dividend on equity shares at the rate of Rs. 30 per share (1500%) of face value of Rs. 2 each. for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. June 30, 2023 is set as record date for the said dividend.
8. Hindustan Unilever Ltd: The Board at their meeting held on 27th April, 2023, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 22/- for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 on Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each. The Company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 17/- per share on 17th November, 2022. The total dividend for the said period amounts to Rs. 39/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each.
9. Supreme Petrochem Ltd: It declared final dividend of 350% on April 26, 2023. The chemical company fixed June 28, 2023 as the record date for Rs 7 per share final dividend.
10. Voltas: The Tata Group company on April 26, 2023 declared a final dividend of 425% and set June 10, 2023 as the record date.
