The Board Of Directors of Route Mobile in its Regulatory Filing to BSE/NSE on January 26, 2023, said, "Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Route Mobile Limited ('Company') at its meeting held today i.e. January 26, 2023 have declared the Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the F.Y 2022-23."
2. VIP Industries Stock Performance and Outlook
The stock of VIP Industries is currently trading at Rs 706.90 apiece on NSE. Today, it opened at Rs 6,96.25.70 apiece while the previous close was 702.05 apiece. Its 52-week high is Rs 774.60 apiece and its 52-week low is Rs 505.65 apiece on NSE, respectively. It was listed on September 21st, 2020.

2.1. VIP Industries declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2
The Board Of Directors of the VIP Industries in its Regulatory Filing to BSE/NSE on January 25, 2023, said, "In continuation to our letter dated 20th January, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today at 1:45 p.m. and concluded at 3:25 p.m. declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (100%). The 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 shall be paid on or after 14th February, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has fixed Thursday, 2nd February, 2023 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend."
