The special dividend has been to the tune of 100% amounting to Rs. 10 for which the stock turned ex-dividend on June 1, 2022.
Torrent Pharma
The large cap pharma entity which is currently overvalued also declared dividend to the tune of 300% as special dividend. The special dividend has been at Rs. 15 and for the same and the final dividend of Rs. 8, the stock turned ex-dividend on June 3, 2022.
Elecon Engineering
This is a small cap heavy electricals equipment company. The entity manufactures material handling equipment, industrial geared motors and reducers, mining equipment and casting processes. The company's stock shall turn ex-dividend for special dividend of 20% @ Rs. 0.4 per share on June 9, 2022. While the record date to determine shareholders eligibility is June
Cera Sanitaryware
This is another home centric company and the company has announced special dividend at the rate of 300% amounting to Rs. 15 per share. Additionally the company has also announced 400% final dividend of Rs. 20. Here notably the special dividend amount is not higher than the final dividend.
GHCL Ltd
GHCL Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of inorganic chemicals, home textiles and wind power generation. The company has also announced special dividend of 50% or Rs. 5 per share and the final dividend is Rs. 10 per share. Dividend will be paid on or after Monday, July 4, 2022 approved by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
When will the dividend of these dividend stocks be credited?
As per the mandate, the dividend declared is usually credited within 30 days from the approval date or as is mentioned by the company in the filing.
