Axis Bank, a private sector lender, has revised interest rates on fixed deposits of less than Rs 2 crore. According to the bank's official website, the bank announced this update today, April 26th, 2022, and as a result of the revision, the bank now offers fixed deposits maturing in 7 days to 10 years at interest rates ranging from 2.50 per cent to 5.75 per cent to the general public and 2.50 per cent to 6.50 per cent to senior citizens.

Axis Bank FD Rates For Regular Customers
As of April 26, 2022, the bank will provide the following interest rates to the general public on fixed deposits of less than Rs 2 crore with maturities ranging from 7 days to 10 years. Non-seniors will get a maximum interest rate of 5.75 per cent on deposit accounts due in 5 to 10 years.

Axis Bank FD Rates For Senior Citizens
Seniors will continue to get a 0.50 per cent additional premium over and above the regular rate on deposits maturing in 6 months to 10 years. On term deposits due in 5 to 10 years, seniors will get a maximum interest rate of 6.50 per cent. Axis Bank will offer the following interest rates on term deposits of less than Rs 2 crore maturing in 7 days to 10 years starting April 26, 2022.
