The benchmark index Nifty traded in a narrow range during the session and ended the day on Tuesday in the green territory in intraday. However, the market is filled with a sense of uncertainty and caution as we move closer to the end of the current financial year. In addition, the anticipated RBI policy announcement and the approaching Lok Sabha Elections are influencing the gloom in the market. However, with the inflation levels remaining at the bottom, the regulatory body is likely to keep the repo rates unchanged in its April monetary policy.
The Indian stock market witnessed an uptrend after Fitch released its latest rating. It also remarked that it could be challenging for the Indian government to achieve its 2025-26 deficit target. Judging by these factors, the stock market is likely to experience a downturn in the coming day and could create ample buying-on-dip opportunities in quality stocks for new investors, said V.L.A. Ambala, a Research Analyst (SEBI Registered), Co-founder - Stock Market Today (SMT).

Market View for 27th March 2024
For the Nifty index, the key support levels for the next trading session will be around 22000 and 21920, whereas resistance is likely to be noticed at 22080 and 22145. On the other hand, the banking index could find key support at 46300 and 46050, with 46820 and 47000 acting as their major resistance points, stated VLA Ambala.
