The interest rates on domestic term deposits of less than Rs 2 crore have been revised by the public sector lender Central Bank of India. This adjustment has been made today, 10.02.2022, by the bank. The bank is now offering a maximum interest rate of 5.15 percent to the general public and 5.65 percent to senior citizens as a result of the revision.
Central Bank of India Fixed Deposit Interest Rates For Regular Customers
With effect from 10.02.2022, the bank is offering an interest rate of 2.75% on deposits maturing in 7 to 14 days. Domestic deposits maturing in 15 to 45 days will now fetch an interest rate of 2.90%. The bank is now offering an interest rate of 3.25% and 3.80% to the general public on their deposits maturing in 46 to 90 days and 91 to 179 days. Whereas term deposits maturing in 180 to 364 days will now fetch an interest rate of 4.25%. Central Bank of India is now offering an interest rate of 5% and 5.10% to non-senior citizens on their deposits maturing in 1 year to less than 2 years and 2 years to less than 5 years. Long-term deposits maturing in 5 years and above up to 10 years will now fetch an interest rate of 5.15% to the general public.

Central Bank of India Fixed Deposit Interest Rates For Senior Citizens
Senior citizens will continue to get an additional rate of 0.50% over and above the car rate applicable to regular customers. Senior citizens will now get the following interest rates on term deposits of less than Rs 2 Cr.

With effect from 10.02.2022, the Central Bank of India is giving the following interest rates on NRE deposits of less than Rs.2 crore.
