Symphony Limited To Consider Dividend, Results of January 30, 2024: As per the regulatory filing of the company issued on January 22, 2024, "We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the nine months/third quarter ended on December 31, 2023; and
2. 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2023-24."
Symphony Limited Stock Performance & Return: The 52-week high price of Symphony shares on BSE is quoted at Rs 1218.95 apiece and 52-week low price is quoted at Rs 825.25 apiece, respectively. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 6,472.65 crore. Symphony shares offered shareholders return of 6.33%, declined 11% in last 2-years, and fell 18% in last 5-years.
Symphony Financials: The air cooler maker for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 declared its profit at Rs 35 crore, up 45.8% as compared to Rs 24 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. It announced its revenue from operations for quarter under consideration as Rs 275 crore, down 8.9% as against Rs 302 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. Its domestic sales announced at Rs 191 crore and EBITDA stood at Rs 41 crore, up 10.8% on-year. Meanwhile, total income for the quarter under review came at Rs 286.00 crore, down 10.06% from last quarter total income of Rs 318 crore.
