The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing Hi-Tech batteries for use in the Army, Navy, Airforce and Launch Vehicles and also commercial batteries for Auto and Standby VRLA applications. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, the 24th June, 2023 will be deposited, subject to deduction of tax at source by Friday, 30th June, 2023."
