HDFC Bank, India's largest private sector bank has revised its Fixed Deposit rates on deposits less than 2 crores and equal to 2 crores to less than 5 crores for Domestic / NRO / NRE deposits. According to the bank's official website, the new interest rates will come into effect from May 18, 2022. The revised interest rates will be applicable for 7 days to 10 years of tenure.

With the revised interest rates, the regular customers will get 2.50% and senior citizens will 3% for 7-29 days tenure, respectively. 3% and 3.50% on the tenure of 30-40 days to regular customers and senior citizens, respectively. The revised interest rate will follow the other tenure as well. On all the FD tenure for regular customers, the senior citizens (above 60 age) will get a 0.50% additional interest rate. Senior citizens will get an additional 0.25% above the additional 0.50% for a tenure of 5 Years 1 day to 10 years on deposits below 5 crores. The revised interest rates are as follows:
