Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Book Closure from Monday, July 24, 2023 to Friday, July 28, 2023 (both days inclusive). The cutoff date is July 21, 2023 for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM."
