The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 16th March, 2023, has inter-alia, approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ Rs. 1/- per equity share (10% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company). The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend is 24th March 2023."
