According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Ltd., "A meeting of the Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 06th day of April, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company at Muthoot Chambers, Opposite Saritha Theatre Complex, Banerji Road, Kochi - 682 018, Kerala, interalia to consider declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The company has fixed Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend in the event of the declaration of the interim dividend. Shareholders whose names appear as on the close of business hours on April 18, 2023: (a) as Beneficial owners as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form and (b) as Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in physical form, would be entitled to the interim dividend in the event of declaration of the interim dividend and the interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration thereof."
