The company produces a range of tractor and motor vehicle components, including brake housing, front engine supports, rear axle casings, hydraulic lift covers, differential cases, front wheel hubs, flywheel housing, end covers, sealed brakes, and hydraulic lift covers. As a significant supplier to auto equipment manufacturers, the company serves the tractor market in the automobile industry.

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, the 14th February, 2025 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for One (1) Equity Share having a face value of Rs.10/- each in the Share Capital of the Company will be sub-divided into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.5/- each fully paid up," said Pritika Engineering Components in a stock exchange filing.
Pritika Engineering Components Q3 Financials
The unaudited financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, have been released by Pritika Engineering Components Ltd. (NSE: PRITIKA). Revenue from operations was Rs 2,415.95 lakh, an 8.4% YoY increase over Q3 FY24's revenue of Rs 2,227.67 lakh. In Q3FY25, total income was Rs 2,433.97 lakh, up from Rs 2,239.49 lakh in the same period the previous year. In Q3 FY25, net profit was Rs 133.52 lakh, compared to Rs 115.25 lakh in Q3 FY24. While the company's net profit for the nine-month period ended in December 2024 was Rs 400.47 lakh, indicating strong profitability compared to Rs 312.60 lakh in the same period last year, its revenue from operations for the nine-month period ended in December 2024 became Rs 7,627.99 lakh, up from Rs 6,651.38 lakh in the same period of the previous fiscal.

"Pritika Engineering stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 164. A Daily close above the resistance of 177 could lead to a target of 199 in the near term," as per A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
