(BSE: 543515) a leader in in the distribution business of Automation, Drive, Gear Box, Motors, Pumps, Oils and FMCG Products, has announced that the company's board, in its meeting held on 03 July 2023, has recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e. one bonus equity share for every one share held as on record date, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the upcoming AGM. The company will inform the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive bonus shares in due course.

Earlier in May, the company reported stellar earnings for quarter and year ended 31 March, 2023. For the year ended 31 March, 2023, the revenue grew 50.10% YoY from Rs. 65.10 Cr (FY22) to Rs. 97.73 Cr (FY23). PAT jumped 63.81% YoY, from Rs. 4.88 Cr (FY22) to Rs. 8.00 Cr (FY23). For the quarter ended 31 March, 2023, the revenue grew 75.13% YoY, from Rs. 35.04 Cr (Q4FY22) to Rs. 61.36 Cr (Q4FY23). PAT jumped 280.78% YoY, from Rs. 1.73 Cr (Q4FY22) to Rs. 6.59 Cr (Q4FY23).
