Dividend
According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd., "Recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share and a Special Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share on occasion of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, aggregating to Rs. 4.50 (i.e. 450%) per Equity Share on face value of Re. 1 each for FY23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM."
