National Aluminium Co To Consider Results, Dividend On August 12: According to the regulatory filing of National Aluminium Co dated August 5, 2024, "Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 12th August, 2024 to inter-alia consider the followings:

(a) Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2024.
(b) Recommendation of Final Dividend for the FY 2023-24 for approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting."
