Company has fixed Friday, the 19th August, 2022 as the ''Record Date'' for determining members eligible to receive final dividend of 3.25 per share (i.e.@ 65%) for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend recommended, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within the stipulated period of 30 days of declaration."
