The company is yet to declare its Q1FY24 results.
"We wish to inform you, pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 9th August, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023," said Uniphos Enterprises in a stock exchange filing.

During Q1FY24, the company recorded promoter shareholding of 73.78%, FIIs stake of 15.69% and public stake of 10.53%.
