The Board is likely to Recommend the Final Dividend at the 63rd Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to happen next month on Aug 18, 2023. The company has a market capital of Rs 573.78 Crore.

"The Record date (Cut-off Date) for the purpose of the payment of final dividend is Friday, August 11, 2023," the Board said in a filing.
