The recommended dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders of the company at its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

The dividend, if approved shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable."
It added, "The Company has fixed 1st September, 2023 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023."
