According to a recent study by the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), 60% of the association's 800 members are ready to provide electric vehicles (EV), with the balance saying they will be ready later this year or by 2023 at the earliest. The company announced to pay a final and special dividend on 19th May 2022. The company said, "The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs110/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each. In addition to the final dividend, the Board has recommended a special dividend of Rs. 100/- per share of Rs. 10/- each to commemorate 100 years of Bosch in India in 2022. The total dividend payout for the financial year 2021-22 is Rs. 210/- per equity share (previous year Rs.115/- per equity share), subject to approval of shareholders."
Ex-Dividend Date - The ex-dividend date of the announced final and special dividend is declared on 14 July 2022.
