Bharat Electronics in its regulatory filing to BSE on May 23, 2022, stated, "Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd May, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50/- per equity share (150%) of Rs 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval by the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company."
The ex-dividend date of the declared final dividend is August 8 2020. The company has not yet announced the record date for the same.
