The said final dividend, if declared at the ensuing 58th Annual General Meeting, will be payable to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as at the close of business hours on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 (Record date).

The company, which follows July-June financial year, had reported a PAT of Rs 48.98 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Its revenue from sale of products fell 3.8% to Rs 755.65 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 785.58 crore of the corresponding quarter.
