Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from March 10, 2023 to March 18, 2023 (both days inclusive) for above mentioned purpose."
