Large cap cement sector company Shree Cement Ltd announced today about its upcoming meeting of board of directors scheduled to be held on January 31, 2023 to consider financial results and interim dividend for financial year 2023-24.

Shree Cement To Consider Financial Results & Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company dated December 28, "the Board of Directors of the Company on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024 for consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result for Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December, 2023. We would like to inform you that declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2023-24, if any, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company in the above meeting."
Shree Cement Sets Record Date For Dividend: We further inform that, pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Record Date for payment of Interim Divided, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall be Thursday, 8th February, 2024, added the BSE filing.
Shree Cement Stock Performance & Return: Last trading price of Shree Cement shares on BSE is 28,581.10 per share with intraday fall of 0.17%. Shree Cement shares soared 11% in last 3-months, jumped 22% year-to-date, and offered return of 21% in last 3-years.
Shree Cement Financial Results: The company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 declared 158.95% YoY surge in standalone net profit to Rs 491.3 crore as against the net profit of Rs 190 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year, according to its regulatory filing. The company reported its standalone revenue from operations jumped 21.3% to Rs 4,584.6 crore as against Rs 3,781 crore in the similar period of the last fiscal.
