Axtel Industries Declares Dividend, Sets Record Date: As per the BSE filing of the company dated March 9, 2024, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 43 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 6.00 (Rupee Six only) i.e., 60% per equity share of Rs. 10 for the financial year 2023-24, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 9th March, 2024."

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Wednesday, 20th March, 2024 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend.
