
Credit Information Bureau of India Ltd. (CIBIL) has launched an online facility for consumers to avoid a fuss of offline work. Now you can get both your CIBIL TransUnion Score and Credit Information Report (CIR) online.

You just need to follow below steps:
Logon to the CIBIL's official website www.cibil.com.
Fill in the online request form.
Make a payment of Rs 450 if you would like to buy your CIBIL score and Rs 142 if you just want CIR.
You can pay it either by debit card, credit card or net-banking.
To authenticate identity, they will ask you five random questions based on your credit history, you need to answer at least three out of five questions.
On successful payment and authentication, you will get your CIBIL score or CIR in your inbox.
The online procedure is a complete hassle-free and requires no identity proof or other documents such as know your client (KYC) form.
If you failed to answer at least three questions correctly, then you will get your score or report offline without any extra payment. You need to submit your KYC documents physically to get the CIBIL score or CIR, which could take 10-12 working days.
