Maharashtra Scooters Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the regulatory filing of Maharashtra Scooters dated September 12, 2024, "we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e., on Thursday, 12 September 2024, has noted/approved the following:

An Interim Dividend of Rs. 110 (1100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 has been declared by the Board at its meeting held today i.e. 12 September 2024. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, 25 September 2024."
The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around Thursday, 10 October 2024, to the eligible shareholders as on the said Record Date, added the exchange filing.
