Angel One Declares Second Interim Dividend for FY2025-26 with Record Date March 27, 2026
Angel One’s Board approved a second interim dividend for FY 2025-26. The payout is Rs. 1.75 per equity share. Each share has a face value of Re. 1. The decision was disclosed in a regulatory filing dated March 20, 2026.
Angel One also set the key dates for shareholder eligibility and payout. "Further, as already intimated, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said interim dividend, as declared by the Board shall be Friday, March 27, 2026. The dividend shall be paid on or before April 18, 2026, to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members or in records of depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, March 27, 2026, which is the record date fixed for the purpose," Angel One has confirmed in a statement.
After the Angel One dividend announcement, the stock ended lower in the last session. Angel One Ltd. shares (ANGELONE) closed at Rs 230.20 on NSE. The stock closed at Rs 231.32 on BSE. It fell 0.96% versus the prior close of Rs 232.42.
